Abstract
This paper examines the following consistent parts of U.S. Public Diplomacy Web 2.0.: its development, governmental agencies, strategy and main projects. The U.S. government exploits social networks in order to achieve some political goals, establish a dialogue with bloggers as well as to attract foreign audience to U.S. Radio & TV channels on the Internet
