Аннотация
Стратегическое планирование успешно применяется во всех американских вузах. Это связано с изменениями государственной образовательной политики, которые активно проводит администрация Обамы. Они направлены на повышение эффективности распределения средств федерального бюджета среди американских вузов и напрямую увязываются с эффективностью образовательных программ. В условиях нарастающих финансово-экономических трудностей американские университеты всё в большей степени вынуждены вести себя как субъекты рыночных отношений, используя для этого различные методы корпоративного управления, в том числе и методологию стратегического планирования.
