- Abstract
- Basing himself on the monograph by Vladimir Pechatnov the author analyzes historical tendencies of the Democratic Party of the United States. It is shown that at all periods the Democratic Party was an initiator of liberal and democratic reforms. This helped to stabilize the American society.
