- Abstract
- The article deals with the delimitation of exclusive economic zones, continental shelf and territorial waters between Russia and the USA in the Arctic Ocean, the Chukchi Sea, the Bering Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The main attention is devoted to the 1990 Maritime Boundary Agreement (the Baker-Shevardnadze Agreement) and its ratification in Russia and the USA.
