- Abstract
- The article is devoted to political struggle around Barak Obama's healthcare reform and how it affected provisions of Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act of 2010. Attempts to reform the system during the span of the last 100 years are listed and analyzed as well as legislative struggle around the Act of 2010. Main provisions of Obama's healthcare reform are listed.
