- Abstract
- After 1993 the UN, IMF, World Bank and Eurostat put into practice a new method for calculating the statistical data (so called SNA-93) answering the question What institutional unit has made these products? Western experts believe that the SNA-93 corresponds to the needs of post-industrial society. However as shown in the article, the main purpose of the SNA-93 is to demonstrate a steady growth of American economy so essential to maintain credibility to it on a global scale.
