- Abstract
- The results of foreign military presence in Afghanistan and problems of troop drawdown and withdrawal are analyzed: the U.S. strategy in Afghanistan and probable Central Asia situation scenarios after 2014, positions of Russia and China as to those scenarios, and possible joint steps of international actors to stabilize the situation in Afghanistan and in the whole Central Asia region.
