- Gromova A.V. U.S. and Canada Interests in Mongolian Economy 55 The article is dedicated to the social-economic cooperation of the USA and Canada with Mongolia during the turbulence period of transition to the market economy for more than twenty years of post-communist era. The USA and Canada accomplished many projects of Official Development Assistance to this land-locked country of the North-East Asia. Since 1991 Washington is the main director of “donor's orchestra” and is proved to be one of the main donor of Mongolian people. As to trade-economic relations the Government of Mongolia considers the USA to be the “third neighbor” after Russia and China.
