Abstract
China factor is a constant state of flux in foreign policy rhetoric of every U.S. elections. In 2012 this factor was strengthened by the issues of long lasting economic depression and production outsourcing to China. Nevertheless, the negative phase of the U.S.-China historical cycle will seemingly be overpassed in the nearest future after forming the new B. Obama’s administration.
