- Abstract
- In the article the authors are studying pragmatic changes in U.S. policy toward Ukraine under the Obama's administration. They argue that Washington agreed with the Ukrainian foreign concept of creating geopolitical «bridge» between the EU and Russia for the sake of effective «reset» policy, while putting the EU in charge of Ukraine's integration with the West.
