Abstract

Having acknowledged Russian integration projects in Eurasia seriously the United States are now defining their own perception of Russian strategy goals: to what extent is the Russian policy focused on gaining access to the markets and the growth of its economy, and to what degree – on the building a regional political-economic subsystem in Eurasia with the new regional power centre in Moscow.
