Abstract
The article notes that in the short term there is a high risk of destabilization of the situation in Afghanistan, where various terrorist groups which, after their defeat in Syria spill over into IRA and intensified their activity. Afghanistan has become a source of increased terrorist, extremist and separatist threats to the Central Asian States. The need to combat these threats is recognized by the countries of the region and by extra-regional actors involved in the Afghanistan processes. However, they do not have a common approach to resolving the Afghan crisis and to finding ways to counter threats. Each country and their unions in their own way assess these threats within the framework of the tasks of ensuring national and collective security. The author analyzes the documents, the point of view of analysts and diplomats on the objectives of the strategies of the main actors in the IRA, and suggests possible directions for their interaction in the interests of stabilizing the situation in Afghanistan.
