Abstract
Using the debt dependence of U.S. economy plays now the role of main stimulus for economic development. This is the logical result of growing inequality in the distribution of income and wealth which forms new «waterlines» of socio-economic well-being based on subjective perception of real size of poverty and social vulnerability. This growing disparity leads to the erosion of U.S. middle class as the main basis for sci-tech development. Falling of real incomes and wage growth stagnation in American economy starting with Great Recession of 2007-2009 now plays the role of debt trap for vast majority of American households and firms, inducing them unceasingly to borrow credit money in order to maintain the economic growth.
