- Abstract
- He author analyzes activities of some American NGOs used by U.S. Government to pursue it's foreign policy objectives. These activities are considered in the context of implementation of the concept of Soft power designed to ensure U.S. global leadership. Programs of these organizations had a direct impact on the political process in Kyrgyzstan. Given such events as a so called coloured revolution in 2005 and two bloody conflicts in April and June of 2010 the theme of the article is particularly important and actual.
