- The state of the American political environment on the eve of the November 2014 mid-term elections is analyzed. The main factor which may determine the final outcome of mid-term elections besides the state of the U.S. economy is well-known fatigue syndrome of B. Obama revealing itself on the 6th year of his presidency.
