Abstract
This article analyzes, at first, the American stereotypical views on the present greater role of Russia and China in the world. It is proved those views do not correspond to international reality. The author argues that the USA with their policy of global “promotion of democracy” are responsible for destabilization of world situation at a degree far much exceeding that of Russia and China. He also contends that step by step growing new multipolar world order will be finally much more stable then the world under American rule.
