- Abstract
- Acute political crisis in Ukraine, joining of the Crimea to Russia and hostilities in the South-East of Ukraine have redoubled the existing Russia - U.S. and Russia - NATO contradictions. The article deals with the situation after the suspension of NATO - Russia security cooperation, and estimates the chance for resuming the dialogue on a new European architecture based on mutual partnership.
