- Abstract
- The author considers a legal framework of agricultural cooperatives. To support cooperatives there exists the federal Canadian Agricultural Loans Act program and provincial tax incentive programs. The success of agricultural cooperatives has been used as an example of the cooperative business model in other sectors of the Canadian economy.
