- Abstract
- The U.S. policy towards China, as it was propagated during the election campaign of D. Trump, could be seriously detrimental to bilateral ties and U.S. economy. U.S. - China relations on the Taiwan issue could be strained due to the dynamics of all three "actors" (Washington, Beijing and Taipei) but most probably due to the steps of the new U.S. administration. Russia''s tilt to China after the Ukraine crisis is not viewed in the U.S. as a serious negative impact to U.S. global policy.
