- In the article the two main problems which occurred during the 2000 presidential elections are analyzed. Incoherence of different parts of American law and technical problems affected on the possibility of choosing president in determined term, having created the situation where The Supreme Court of the U.S. became the part of president-election problems solving mechanism.
