- Abstract
- The article analyzes the approaches to financial management in U.S. states. The differences are due to the broad powers of the legislative and executive authorities on the formation of fiscal and debt policy, planning procedures and approval of the budget, and the approach to the establishment of limits of the budget revenues, expenses and obligations.
