Abstract
The article is devoted to the judicial activity offuture Prime Minister of the anti-Bolshevist governments. Inherent to him unindifference to the numerous issues of justice and community advocates, and also to protection of the public rights put forward Vologodskiy in number of outstanding pre-Soviet lawyers of the period of crisis of the Russian statehood.
