Abstract
The paper studies the legal nature of concession contracts, disclosed publicly their legal nature of administrative and legal nature, the author, rightly, that on the subject, set of actors and legal grounds to enter into concession agreements are a form of administrative contracts and act as the administrative and legal method implementing the functions of the state and the legal form of government in the economy.
