- Abstract
- Located and analyzed the basic methodological approaches to the concepts of essence of the property, being the base for property modeling (construction of various models) concerning the various criteria and preconditions. Emphasized that property in wide understanding represents a complex - the multidimensional phenomenon - and the certain relations, as well as historically changeable forms of these relations, and certain institutes regulating these relations. Property being the key category of social economy, and the principles, on which a number of other institutes are based.
