- Abstract
- A quantitative analysis of 888 dissertation studies of Russian (Soviet) sociologists for the degree of doctor of social Sciences since the opening of the scientific specialty – 1990 to June 2010 is given. Their dynamics by year, place of protection (cities), leading scientific and educational institutions, by protection by men and women, trends taking into account changes in the nomenclature of specialties are considered.
