Abstract
In this article the role of the concept of destiny in the world view of A. Solzhenitsyn’s «The Red Wheel» is analyzed. The characters and actions of historical characters, such as: Emperor Nicholas II, general Samsonov and Prime Minister Stolypin , are considered as an example.
