Abstract
New economic relationships developed in Russia by the XXI century and the following unprecedented segregation of the society conditioned the appearance of new categories and layers of the society: middle class, the oligarchs, VIP persons, homeless people, downshifters, etc. In our articles modern word usage in this field and its dynamics considered on the media material within the framework of indicative in this respect, lexicosemantic group of «professional elite».
