- Abstract
- The project to connect the Trans-Siberian and Trans-Korean Railroads offers great opportunities to attract foreign investment to the regions of Siberia and the Far East, rich in minerals. Besides it could also affect the dynamic development of trade between the countries of Summary 191 South-East Asia and Russia. In accordance with the Transport Strategy and the Strategy of Development of Railway Transport till 2030, this project may include individual investment projects, such as the Baikal-Amur Railway, Industrial Urals, Polar Urals, Transcontinental, the Mainland-Island Sakhalin.
