- Abstract
- The article examines the process of updating the foreign policy tools of China in the last twenty years. Examined in detail are such areas the promulgated and implemented by Beijing policy of partnership, which is addressed to most of the countries in the world as well as the neighborhood policy, which targets the States bordering with China by land or sea. The author investigated changes in the positioning of China in the UN and the evolution of China's approach to reforming that organization.
