Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the origins of formation and the particularities of carrying out of the political line of Latin American Left-Wingers in 1930s. We also research the Comintern's role in this process, especially the attitude toward Brazilian revolt of 1935 taken by Georgui Skalov who was at the time on of the key persons in charge of Latin American policy of Moscow.
