Аннотация
Исторически сложилось, что Токио полностью полагается на Вашингтон в рамках развития своих кибервозможностей. Двустороннее взаимодействие формировалось сначала как улучшение функциональной совместимости, затем акцент сместился на киберугрозы. Сегодня Япония кардинально пересматривает свою стратегию обеспечения кибербезопасности, предполагая наступательные действия в оборонительных целях и стремясь копировать американский подход.
