- В статье анализируется механизм фискально-монетарной политики «вертолётных денег» в США. Рассматриваются условия появления «вертолётных денег», выявляются отличия целевых групп их получателей в программах экономического развития, реализованных администрациями трёх президентов США: Барака Обамы, Дональда Трампа и Джо Байдена. Актуальность изучения «вертолётных денег» в США имеет практическое значение для выработки методологии исследования современной мировой экономики. При переходе к новому технологическому укладу схожий механизм перераспределения национальных богатств начинает применяться во многих странах мира. Автор приходит к выводу, что появление «вертолётных денег» в США является не только результатом цифровой трансформации их фискально-монетарной политики, но и выступает детерминантом развития трансграничной экосистемы, поддерживающей оборот цифровых финансовых активов (криптовалют).
