- Canadian health system is considered to be one of the most developed and efficient worldwide. But there are some problematic issues even in а such well-functioning system. The reviewed book by Dr. Brett J. Skinner from the Fraser Institute − one of the leading Canadian think tanks, takes a critical look at the shortcomings of this system and offers some specific ways to solve them.
