- Abstract
- The major conclusion of the Congressional National Commission on the Causes of the Financial and Economic Crisis in the United States (despite irreconcilable differences between its pro-Democratic and pro-Republican members) is that precisely subjective factors are the prime engines of the most acute financial crises as they took place in the late 1920s, the beginning of 1930s and in the beginning of the 21st century.
