- The article is devoted to analysis of economic crisis' impact on Canadian mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity and M&A market post-crisis recovery. The author considers both quantitative and qualitative aspects of M&A landscape changes, main factors affecting the assets consolidation process, specific trends of Canadian market as well as possible future trends and perspectives.
