- Abstract
- The authors assess the impact of Republican victory in 2010 Congress elections on President B. Obama's reset policy toward Russia. They conclude that despite ideological disagreements over Russia between Democrats and Republicans this victory had not damaged seriously the policy of reset during 2011.
