- U.S. pension funds are the largest institutional investors accumulated about 14 trillion dollars of assets. The liberal legislation on the regulation of pension funds investments contributed to the rapid development of private pension plans in the beginning of the XXI century. Pension funds’ assets are the perspective source for infrastructure projects funding in the United States.
