- Abstract
- In the article the author analyses content of the modern Department of State’s Strategic Plan in respect of promotion democracy and explains that views of Democrats and Republicans on this process are identical. Taking into consideration current situation in the number of countries, including Ukraine, where the USA attempted to create stable democracies by force or by velvet revolution, the author argues that in reality it gave rise to destabilization, civil wars, massive killing of peaceful population, growing threats for security of the USA and all the world.
