- The article is devoted to the success phenomenon of the Canadian company Cirque du Soleil which is one of the most spectacular projects in world entertainment industry in last decades. Special attention is paid to the figure of its founder Guy Laliberte who could create from a small Canadian company the world entertainment empire as well as effective and socially motivated transnational corporation.
