- Abstract
- The U.S. is one of the global leaders in oil and gas production and one of the main proponents of free market economy. Amid these aspects, renewable energy has attracted much of attention mainly in times of vast economic crises and has been popular primarily in distinct states, possessing most abundant renewable energy resources. However, the U.S. has always kept abreast on the technological progress in the sphere of renewables. This experience is of high value to Russia that is facing the risk to be left out of the clean energy revolution.
