The author of this book is the prominent scientist, professor, corresponding member of Russian Academy of Sciences, the citizen-patriot whose name is included by the International Biographical Center of Cambridge University (UK) in the list of 2000 outstanding intellectuals of the world - Victor Alexandrovich Kremeniuk.
