- Abstract
- The election of U.S. President Donald Trump marked the coming of a new era world markets need to adapt to. In his pre-election speeches, D. Trump pointed out, that tax cuts, investment in infrastructure, deregulation and revision of trade agreements contribute to the growth of the U.S. economy and will create 25 million jobs in the United States. However, the policy of reindustrialization faces criticism and opposition, because many of the promises made during the election campaign by D. Trump are not being fulfilled or are being transformed. In the article, results of the analysis of possible effect from realization of key D. Trump's policy directions are presented. The assessment of D. Trump's applications for reindustrialization and job creation in the United States is reflected. Scenarios of economic development under the influence of D. Trump's policy are considered. Based on foreign research, there were identified the key principles, by which D. Trump should be guided in his policy.
