Abstract

The article is devoted to analysis of the U.S. role in the international technology market. The main indicators of American Research and Development are shown. The channels of technology transfer, volume and dynamics of this trade, leading U.S. trade partners in this field, as a factor effecting the social and economic situation in the country are shown. The U.S. policy aimed at regulation of technology transfer is considered.
