- Abstract
- The article discusses U.S. policy towards Ukraine since February 2014 and the role of the US Department of State in its implementation. The author reveals key features of its ideological, financial and geopolitical aspects. He highlights in detail the growing hostility in relations between Washington and Moscow and the U.S. efforts to unite its allies to confront the so-called "Russian threat".
